How to shop at www.balticdata.lv?
- The quickest and most convenient way is by preparing your order at Baltic Data website.
- By sending your request to e-mail shop@balticdata.lv.
- By calling on phone 67222654.
Payment options:
- In cash or with payment card when collecting the goods at any of Baltic Data shops or at the central warehouse;
- Advance payment by bank transfer;
- With a payment card of online by Swedbank, SEB, Citadele internet bank;
- Leasing.
About ordering process at website www.balticdata.lv:
- To make an order you do not need to register in the system as a registered user, but only registered users have privilege to follow their orders at their user profile, they do not have to reenter their personal data for next orders and they can access all their purchase history.
- Ordering process is the following:
Cart – Delivery – Payment - Confirmation
- When product you wish to buy is selected, please press a button “Add to cart”;
- When product is added to your cart, please press the button "In cart" at the top of the page and your cart will open;
- You can change amount of selected products by pressing buttons "+" and "-" and approving your choice with "Confirm";
- If you like to add other products while being in a basket, please press the button "Continue shopping";
- If you wish to proceed with your order, press the button "Go to checkout";
- At the next step you need to fill in delivery information - identify recipient of the goods, agree with the terms of use and identify delivery method. You can add your notes related to delivery. When your choice is made please press the button "Continue";
- At the next step you need to choose the payment method. When your choice is made please press the button "Continue";
- At the last step you will see your order summary. If you need to make changes, you can press the buttom "Back" or you can go directly to the process step by pressing the process step button;
- If all the information is correct, please press the button "Submit order".
- Upon submission of your order, you will receive confirmation message from the order system informing that order is received, to the e-mail address shown in your order.
